Where should I start? All the vehicles they had on inventory were clean and well maintained. The Acadia we purchased was immaculate. Customer service was second to none. Professional, yet relaxed atmosphere. No pressuring. Very open and honest and informative. The entire process was easy and pain free. Definitely have become customers for life.
Brought a trade in to them. Very fair in negotiations and the truck I wanted was exactly as described. They had me in and out paperwork and all within an hour. If I didn’t live 2 and a half hours away I’d probably buy another vehicle from them. I will update this in a few weeks after I drive the truck for a little while but so far I’m pretty pleased. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Specifically asked Matt Elliott if the 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee had any rust because I did not want to drive 3 hours if it did. Matt said,”absolutely not I just got done taking pics of it for a guy in Michigan that is interested”. I drove up and the whole undercarriage/ exhaust was rusted out also rust on door frame with a crappy cheap spray can paint job on some of it. The wheels were corroded so bad they were peeling and salt was still visible on it. What a waste of time and money.

We had an absolutely awesome truck buying experience. We came almost 3 hours to look at a truck, and we left with what we came there for. Everyone was so nice and easy to work with
5 Stars My husband just bought his truck there. Mark was very nice to work with. The transaction went so smoothly and probably took less than an hour by doing the online application. I like that it’s not a big fancy car dealership. But down to earth folks not just trying to make a sale. I would highly recommend them.
stopped in to look at a car was shown two, asked the lowest price they would take for cash? they came down $500.00 no other compromize, no trying to sell car, said they had more than that in it, car was five years old but hit on both sides in front by carfact report, was only there 5 min , very rude
