Recently my child left the family home and moved into 167 Morgan Ave. The transition went very well with the support of the buildings superintendent Theresa. Theresa patiently guided him through each step of the application and even with internet set up. I feel relief when I visit and the building is clean and quiet and welcoming with the well kept grounds that make it feel like a home. Theresa is respected and well liked. My super tenant is a good person and she does everything with fair. I posted a report that wasn’t meant for her and I deleted when I found it out.
We have the most meanest landlord I ever seen in my entire whole life she is so mean and give away our parking to someone else and every time she sees me and my family she gets angry and yelling at us so we don’t want her. Please replace her.
Recommended Hello. I am a tenant of multiple years. The community is pleasant. In recent years, there has been continual and substantial improvement on the building. At the present time there is a property manager that listens to tenants' concerns and needs. The manager is productive and consistent in their effort. Projects and renovations are ongoing.
