The staff are lovely and skillful however appointments don't run on time. Don't expect your appointment to start at the agreed upon time. Expect doctor's office style service. I don't recommend going during the lunch hour.
Appointments mean nothing here. The staff don’t acknowledge you or tell you that they will be a few mins late. After waiting 25 mins past my appointment time I left. They don’t care about wasting your time.
My mother used to go to this shop religiously 30 years ago and she had no problems. I went in November 2023 to get my haircut by Rosemary and I loved what she did. Today (Sept 3rd 2024) I went to get my hair cut. I showed Rosemary a picture of what I wanted, which was what she did in November. I told her I wanted the longest length about 2 inches below my shoulder and the shortest length to my chin.......however this is not what I got!!
