Really poor communication, as well as a very rude admin officer who is named Sian, I was given a time frame of between 9am-10am for a call out to check my garage door at the property I rent, they came outside of these hours so I was completely unaware that someone had been and gone, didn’t even give me a courtesy call to advise or try to call saying that someone was there, the service wasn’t done properly so they had to come back a second time as they didn’t check the electric keys we have for the garage door (which were fla... read more
