RecommendedI had to put my beautiful Boxer Pheobe down in September. She was 12 and it was a bit of an emergency as her body was shutting down. I called and they told me to bring her in NOW. The got a gurney to bring her from the car to the office. They put her in a room right away. I chose to stay w/her the entire time. They walked me through the entire process. always take care of my pet's needs!
I'm sitting here in the clinic about to share what I'm experiencing. Front desk was attentive, friendly and prompt. However hospitality ends there. The doctor herself doesn't wash her hands upon entering the room. Doesn't smile or hardly show emotion, list off medical test they want to do with out even explaining what they are, and then comes in with an annoyed face when I ask for more clarification on the test.
