My air condition was making a loud noise after a power surge. I called Victor he gave me a few instructions over the phone until he could get here. He was at my door shortly after that. Always friendly and honest. I highly recommend Moreno Heating and cooling.

My A/C was under-performing, I assumed it needed a freon charge. I called ABC, they came w/ fancy monitors & told me freon was OK but I needed to spend $5+k on replacement parts (fans etc). They never even opened up the unit. A friend referred me to Victor Moreno; his guy came, on schedule, confirmed freon level was fine, & unbolted the cover. Filthy! A quick garden hose cleaning & $180 later it works great again.

With high temperatures approaching and with no AC in my condo I was desperate. I called a contractor friend and asked him if he could recommend anyone. He gave me the number of Moreno Heating and Cooling. I called and actually got a person who answered my call. Victor assured me that he would send one of his workers to check my AC. Victor responded quickly to our request to fix our air conditioner. Very professional, he got right to work and diagnosed the problem, and repaired the unit in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Victor if you’re looking for an honest repair man!
