Moreno & Moreno was contracted to work on my brand new home, and I ended up with shoddy workmanship on facia/ soffit area. Marcio came to look at the problem on 8/11/21. Later I got a text message stating that they are fully booked. I then asked if my job was on the schedule. I have yet to receive a response. What about the holes in my roof area? The entire experience was fantastic. They came out quickly, provided a detailed estimate which was a very reasonable price, they knew more than I did about how to get my HOA to approve the request and helped me through that process, and then delivered exactly what they promised. No surprises, just great people and great service.
Working with Moreno and Moreno was a great experience! They came out quickly to quote the project and followed up on my request for installation. Several days after their team installed our gutters their project supervisor came out to inspect the job to ensure we were satisfied with their work before even requesting payment. I would highly recommend them.
