Extremely unprofessional, will not be coming back!!! I had a hair appointment at 3 that I showed up, to see another client's hair being started on. She told me that she would call to tell me when to come back so I left... I did not hear back. I called, and she told me to come back at 6!! I came back to see that, she was still not done with her other client!! Mind you my hair took 20 mins to do. I should've learned from my past experiences because this is not the first time my appointments have been severely delayed!
Location is easy to find. My daughter received braids that are beautiful and completed quite fast. Great customer service and kind aura. Totally worth every cent.
Very nice experience with Harriet! Nice, professional and so fast! Smedium 26 inches in 3 hours!! My braids are beautiful!! I will always come back!
