The people who work here clearly love thier job and are so awesome. My ice cream was amazing. A new favorite place for when I visit Atlanta
Best ice cream in Atlanta. They rotate flavors daily which keeps things interesting! My favorites I've tried are the chai and the blueberry corncake.

They had a few traditional flavors (vanilla, strawberry), but they also had some not-so-traditional flavors (rosemary, ginger) that made for some fun and interesting combinations!

We care for our quality, as you mention, and consistency making sure to use real ingredients (instead of flavorings), having every single batch made one by one by hand(instead of mass produced by machines), using a gelato machine (so you have a dense ice cream instead of too airy product) and last using a high percentage of butterfat.
