I originally gave Morelli's a 5 Star!!! But tonight 6/15/14 was the worst service ever. I understand that there is always a line but to witness the staff (I think they were all new) were chatting amongst each other not related to servicing the customers. I ordered two doubles to go in a cup and I witness the associate handle the cups with her fingers in them....I should have said something but I just wanted to leave. I know it's just ice cream but if I am spending $14.54 (tip included) I expect better service.
