I was very disappointed. I normally come here on pretty nights and enjoy a sweet treat and the weather at the same time. On this day, it was raining but I still wanted my vanilla caramel reward but to go. Once receiving my purchase I asked for a bag or a top because I was driving. The young lady looked confused and turned to a senior employee for guidance. She came over annoyed, she explained that bags and tops were not something the store kept. Although we go out of our way to find the best employees possible sometimes an employee does something that is completely against our company policy. Love Morelli's Ice Cream. It's some of the best ice cream I've ever had in some of the most interesting flavors. Fresh waffle cones AND a great staff. All smiles over here. :)

There is no higher quality ice cream in Atlanta. The flavors are always so delicious! Brooklyn Cheesecake is the best flavor of ice cream I have ever had! Even my wife, who always bragged about an ice cream shop in Sebastopol, CA as the best she has ever eaten, is now the second best behind Morellis! My only wish is that I there was a frequent quart buyer card because that's how much we love their ice cream!
