Without MB, I would not have received back $2300. My taxes were almost doubled and I presented material to the appeals committee myself with evidence showing I was taxed much higher than all my neighbors. They basically laughed at me. The assessor actually told me "Too bad, It's my opinion." If you don't use a lawyer, forget it. MB got the job done and I appreciate it.
