I felt very welcomed at the office. Everyone was friendly and professional. My cleaning and exam was thorough. The office itself is clean with nice appearance.

I love Dr. Hachee and all the ladies who work here, everyone is so friendly and go above and beyond while working with you. I came in for a second opinion, yes I slipped and went elsewhere but came running back in return to get my teeth checked out. I'm glad I did because it made me realize how important customer service is to me, I will never stray again because seriously you feel like family when you want through the door.
Ive been coming here since January of this year and I always get the best costumer service from each and every employee. And very honest with what you need to get done.
I Can not say enough GREAT things about Oceanside Family Dental Care they genuinely care about their patients and for that I am a member for the remainder of our time in California (military family) every person we had met was very kind to me and my 5 month old son they helped me feel very welcomed and at ease and I can not thank them enough for that they made me feel like I was in great hands and played and talked with my son to keep him entertained while I was getting my cleaning and over all my experience was AMAZING! Let's be honest, no one really likes going to the dentist, but I was pleasently surprised by this visit. The receptionist knew it was my appointment time and called me by name when I walked in. I was offered something to drink. My dental hygienist Angel was fabulous and the dentist was great and very personable! I highly recommend this office!
I was shocked at how welcoming and friendly this office was. I hate dentists and I don't like my teeth so they made me feel so comfortable about them even though I know they're bad. I can't wait for the next three weeks to fly by because I am so excited to start the process to get my veneers put in so that I have a smile I can be proud of.
