I went in on Thursday 9/11/25 . would like to thank the young gentleman that helped me remake an A/C hose for my 1984 318 i BMW . I have to apologize. I asked him his name at least 3 times . Can’t remember his name . He professionally and courteously helped me rebuild a 40 yr old plus a/c hose . The challenge wasn’t the rebuild . The challenge was your staff member trying to decipher my lack of knowledge.
