We replaced a Maytag dishwasher and a JennAir Downdraft cooktop this past month with new ones. We were graciously met by Bernie Mathews, a sales specialist at the store and he walked us thru the process of ordering the replacement items. This week the appliances were installed by two knowledgeable techicians who worked professionally and quickly without making a messy kitchen.
It's gotten to the point that when yet another appliance goes, and they seem to go sooner and sooner these days, we just go to Morehouse. Both times we've found a product at the right price and installation is fast, courteous and professional. The sales personnel know their products and the experience is a friendly, and quick one. No hard sell. They've earned my trust and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Our washer and dryer set was 30 plus years old and since the washer finally bit the dust we decided to replace both elderly appliances. We try to support local family owned businesses whenever possible so went to Morehouse. The salesman named Chris was helpful and knowledgeable about their products, patiently explaining all features and options to us. I needed a washer and dryer replacement, looked at local ads for various features that showed many options. Decided I wanted help from Frank and Chris to finalize my purchase. They satisfied my needs and I'm enjoying the new machines, thanks to the services from Morehouse.

just bought a GE side by side refrigerator with gray finish that doesn't show finger prints. Installation was quick and easy. the delivery guys were nice and professional. Good people to deal with.
Our freezer was going and the alarm has been beeping so we went to 3 places on the way to Morehouse Appliances and not one of the three had a floor model until we got to Morehouse, so within 15 we purchased the Frigidaire freezer and within 24 hours it is at my house all set up and working. Thank you for the great customer service and delivering the freezer on time and making these customers very happy. �
I just had a 30 year old JennAir downdraft cooktop replaced. I couldn't be more pleased. The salesman (Chris) was polite and efficient. The installers came to my house the day after I ordered to measure and ensure the installation would go smoothly. The unit arrived in less than two weeks and the installation was fast and pain free. The installers were excellent; they answered all questions and the unit looks magnificent. I'm sure this unit will cook many great meals for years to come.
