I think these sexist individuals running this place are thieves and based on other folks I have shared my experience with, this is true. They are in the business of selling you a broken items for full ticket price and then will not replace the damaged goods. They are also the most rudest group of sexist men I have ever dealt with and will treat you like an idiot if you have mammary glands. I needed a service call on a maytag refrigerator. The service charge was $40 less than another local dealer, they were helpful on the phone, gave a 2 hour window service time and called 15 minutes before they came so I did not have to wait at the house. They quoted me a price for the repair and it when the part came in that's exactly what they charged me. Professional, punctual and pleasant. I will call them again.

We have continued to use Morehouse for many appliances. Most recently a range, microwave and warming door. Their prices were as good as any big box store. More importantly, their customer service, installation and expertise were outstanding. They are always on-time and professional. On the rare occasion service is needed, you can count on them.

We decided to replace our 15-year-old Maytag dishwasher with a new Maytag dishwasher from Morehouse Appliances. Our salesman was extremely patient with us and explained all the features of the various Maytag dishwashers and the differences between them. He let us make our own decisions as to which model best suited us and did not try to push any particular model on us. We ordered the dishwasher we wanted. It came about a week later. I just had my kitchen renovated and chose my appliances from Morehouse. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are close to home and always there when you have a question or need anything fixed. Bernie was great to work with and he kept in touch through the entire process so that my aplpliances were delivered at the right time.
