LOVED the sales department and would use them again in a heartbeat, but the service area gets one star. They do not have a receptionist to answer calls, and it is very difficult to speak to a service advisor in a timely manner. My 5 week old car had a minor power lock problem, and they kept my car for 7 days. I was not pleased with the smooth talk but no action. I had a loaner car for 7 days, but overall it was an unpleasant experience and I will not use the service area again.
I'm hoping to buy a good car with good service & hope the service is kind & professional I can't look anywhere else because I don't have a car

Great service when I bought my car in may but after that was a whole other story. Apparently my sales person left or got fired and she must've screwed something up cause they've been calling me for random paper work. Also it is now September and I leased my car in may and they still haven't sent my paperwork to the financial department! I've had to go to the dealership to make my payment all summer! They need to get their ducks in a row! Seriously!
Absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Not organized nobody know what is going on. They tell you what you want to hear and they commit to things they cannot follow through with. My car has the paint warranty which they won't cover...the manager tells me to call Honda corp they will help me...after phone tag for a week.....Honda of America tells me that I'll have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to fix My car that they messed the paint up on.
