I drove to Atlantic Beach from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and I was in excruciating pain in my shoulder and neck! I found Dr. Race on the Internet and was praying he was good. So absolutely grateful for heading in to see Dr. Race. I have reoccurring neck strains and Tuesday night had me wake up Wednesday morning bawling, barely able to move. Even with my muscles pissed off at me he took the time to explain everything to me, helped me understand everything I did and everything I can do to help my body! After a 4 day run of intense neck pain I got my butt over to see Dr. Josh. He worked his magic. Sometimes it's gonna hurt more right away then get better. that was the case here. Last night was tough; this morning is MUCH improved. Thanks for all you do!
