Went here today for routine maintenace. After paying my bill I was about to drive away. I looked at the "Next service date sticker" in my windshield and it had labeled to return in 3 months instead of 6 months. Just a goof. I drove home and parked in my garage. Within a few minutes my house which attaches to the garage smelled like I was breathing gas. Opened the door to garage and it reeked of burning oil. I drove back to the dealer. I've been saving for over 8 years and had cash on hand for a custom-built Subaru. It took days to even get a response back and it was in text form. For a $30,000+ purchase, I expect a more professional experience and treated with more respect than I'd receive waiting to hear back from my order at McDonalds. This felt like a complete slap in the face and made me feel worthless. Why waste money and provide a cut to a dealership for minimal effort and being disrespected? I ordered an outback from the online subaru web site, and I got a call from a sales person and he told me that he was going to charge me an additional 650.00. He obviously doesn't know what msrp is and or he trying to price gouge me. I will not have this. I am going to cancel this ordered vehicle that was going to this dealer. I will go somewhere else.
