Called to get a quote on having the valve cover gasket replaced on my 2.5l subaru outback. They quoted me $3500. Called a local mechanic at Americia's Auto & Tire and was quoted $618 and compared another place and was quoted a little under $600. These guys are clearly taking advantage people.
As an out of state buyer (Montana), I am absolutely pleased with everone at Morehart Murphy Subaru. After calling to negotiate a price on one of their last remaining 2024 Foresters, they held this vehicle for 2 weeks so I could fly down and pick it up before the APR promo expired on labor day. They didn't ask me to sign anything prior to arrival and stood 100% behind the agreed upon price by phone. I am so happy I didn't have to fly back home and instead drove my brand new Forester Sport. Tim at Subaru Service went above and beyond to help me out today. Even though he was the end of his shift (or perhaps had just finished it), he took the time to look at my car, identify the problem, and even fix it on the spot. Not only did Tim save me a ton of money, but he also made my whole week better! If I ever have any other problems, I'm definitely going back and asking for Tim! Thank you, again!
The service is decent and the staff are nice. I made an appointment that they lost and they didn’t do anything to honor it. That was very inconvenient.
This dealership & service department is awesome! A very special thanks to Jeff in service who was able to get my 2022 Outback XT in for 4 new tires + alignment earlier than my scheduled appointment. Completed job in about an hour & half and I was on my way. Thanks guys!
