The service is decent and the staff are nice. I made an appointment that they lost and they didn’t do anything to honor it. That was very inconvenient.
This dealership & service department is awesome! A very special thanks to Jeff in service who was able to get my 2022 Outback XT in for 4 new tires + alignment earlier than my scheduled appointment. Completed job in about an hour & half and I was on my way. Thanks guys!
My ‘CHECK ENGINE’ light came on in Gunnison, CO while on vacation. Montrose Subaru dealership was unable to get me in for service but did a quick diagnostic. Gave me the number for Morehart Murphy Subaru in Durango. I called and spoke to Jeff in service department. He was so helpful and worked with me and they got me in the next morning and had a shuttle take us for the train ride and by the time we got back and the shuttle picked us up, my car was ready to complete our vacation. I am so thankful for such helpful folks!

Had service done at Morehart Murphy and was a misunderstanding on my appointment but they wanted to make sure I didn't leave unhappy so they worked me in and I was on my way in less than an hour, A+ dealership if you are considering purchasing a Subaru give them a chance great bunch of people.
