I had some service done at Morehart Subaru and the service advisor that took care of me was Jeff Mcmunn. He and his service department took such good care of me, it made my head spin. I will definitely return for their superior service.

More(heart) needed indeed. On my way back to Durango, I got a hole in my condenser and was helped out by I believe Timothy there. The first person to greet me with a wonderful attitude, tried very hard to help me out in a bind, and answered all my questions very kindly. Useless service department. Called in to get a quote for replacing rear pads and resurfacing rear rotors. Was quoted $380. Called in later to set up the appointment and confirm the $380. They confirmed the price. Then asked about the cost of replacing the rotors instead of resurfacing them, and was told ~$600 and that they don't actually even resurface rear rotors and that the $380 would only replace the rear pads and nothing more, which is just asking for issues. We went in to get our sensor lights checked because they turned on during a flat tire change. Since it was the weekend the staff didn’t have the personnel there that could check it and we had to get back to Utah so he gave us recommendations on how to check the problem and were able to get home safely. Would go here for consistent car service if we lived more close!
