I came to morehart thinking with it being a GM dealership my car would be in good hands. I was extremely mislead. Upon arrival I was quoted $130 for a basic oil change, after the service was completed they gave me a $240 bill. I could accept the price but when pulling my 2019 camaro SS away from their lot I heard a ticking noise upon acceleration, I immediately took videos of the noise and called morehart. Have previously purchased multiple cara from this dealership. Brought in a used car qe juat purchased. They had the car over a week. Sent me home 2 times with it being "fixed" then the third te tool it over night and fixed absolutely nothing. I call to talk to the guy and spoke over me non stop then hung up on me when I said I will just bring to a different shop. All they did was leave me out a car for 3werks and put over 250miles on my car and waisted gas and time. Will never shop with them again.
Posting updated review for service on 2023 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado Duramax transmission issue. The dealer just called tp ket me know the transmission valve body has been received. This is far faster than originally estimated. GM must be getting their supply issues for this part corrected. Dealer has been excellent to work with.
Seems like my review disappeared, but now it is front and center again. Photos now have 10k views. Anyone looking for a comedy show should visit Morehart Murphy Chevrolet because both the service department and the manager himself are an absolute joke. A high-school shop class has better quality service, care, and professionalism than this dealership.
