Seems like my review disappeared, but now it is front and center again. Anyone looking for a comedy show should visit Morehart Murphy Chevrolet because both the service department and the manager himself are an absolute joke. A high-school shop class has better quality service, care, and professionalism than this dealership. All staff members at MM are nothing short of courteous, professional, and excellent in their assigned roles, especially Josh in the service department.
I had an excellent experience! I called Ben with my interest in the truck, and gave him a rundown of my concerns. He provided everything I needed in timely manner and communicated effectively. James also did a great job of explaining the finance options. Both team members worked together to provide an organized transaction with minimal wait time. Ben also did an excellent job making my family and I feel welcomed and comfortable at the dealership. The overall experience was excellent.
