I had an absolutely terrible experience with Moreheart. On 4/11/2025, they preformed a duct cleaning service on my home. A few days later, the inside of my house felt unusually humid. On 4/29, I called and expressed my concerns. They didn't offer to send anyone out and said it was probably an issue with my doors and windows. Well, the joke's on me. I had the best service from David. He originally came for preventative maintenance and came across an issue. David then spent rest of day fixing issue in attic with professionalism and patience. I checked air on the weekend just to see if it was working and it wasn’t. Called first thing in morning and David immediately came out and saw a problem and again working all day and fixed air conditioning with no additional fees. Now my air is working perfectly before the blistering heat arrives.
