I want to thank Morehart AC for installing out evap unit today. Their techs, John Sturgeon, Alex Garduno and Dillon Greene were hard working and professional during the process. Front office staff, including Emily, kept us apprised of arrival times, installation processes. etc. We highly recommend Morehart AC.
My husband and I have use several different departments of Morehart AC and I can honestly say these guys are not only professional clean, but honest. I know of several times where we could have been BS on some items but instead they were honest about our water heater issues they were honest about our Ducting from our house and saved us thousands of dollars. 10/10 experience having them fix my broken AC on a hot summer day. Communicative, responsive, fast, professional. They already knew how to handle the home warranty stuff and were on top of it for me. Specific shout out to my technician John S. - he was so easy to work with and saved the day!
DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have a family member who is out of eye surgery with no AC because this company was used from the builder. Her AC failed just after a year conveniently when their "guarantee" expires. Have sat down with family and gone through everything thats happening and this company definitely is not handling it right. Do yourselves a favor and find a company that stands behind their word and work. AVOID MOREHART
