I have to update my review after a year, as we have had nothing but a terrible experience.*Tom and John moved on and left so if you've noticed a change in service the last 8-9 months seems like new ownership and a decline in service. They say there a family buisness but the new owner wont talk to me and would rather my family sit in Arizona hot weather than attempt to help a customer who paid them over 9+k for unit come to a reasonable conclusion. Called them at 8am Sunday morning. They gave me a window of 11am-1pm. John showed up at 11:30am. In 30 minutes he had my air fixed and cold. Very professional and courteous. I will always call Morehart AC and Heating in the future. Great company!!!

Horrible company and customer service. I did an annual swamp cooler tuneup. Keep in mind all worked optimally before they arrived. Technician advised I needed a float valve which I paid for. Then within a week the unit stopped working. They came back, same technician, extremely rude and acted unprofessional as if I inconvenienced him. He looked at the unit and within a few minutes told me it was fixed. Next day, same problem, unit blowing at about half the capacity.
