Based on a recommendation from NextDoor, I called Morehart A/C when I came home at 6PM and my unit wasn't blowing cold air and the inside temp was 84. John Sturgeon (service tech) arrived before 9pm and checked the unit outside and climbed up in the attic with his flashlight and informed me the motor was shot. He said he would call Lennox and check if the part was under warranty 1st thing in the morning. Tom was very helpful and provided great service. He took pictures to show me the details on what was going on with my AC unit. I recommend Morehart to anyone that wants honesty and will not up sell you. They treat you like family!
