Excellent Service and You Can Schedule Online – This is the first time I have used Morehands. The lady who cleans for me does not do "move-out" cleaning so I visited the Morehands website and then called to schedule a final cleaning for my apartment. Expensive and incomplete service. – I hired this service to do a "move-in" clean in my new house prior to my move. I was disappointed. They did not complete all the things that were on the "standard clean" list (for example they didn't touch the ceiling fans or window sills). What they DID do, they just appeared to have "wiped" everything down, so the dirt was just smeared around. The floors had a border of dust (they didn't mop to the edges). The Worst Maid Service - Save your time and money and go somewhere else – I have utilized a maid service 6 times in the last year and this was the first time I had used Morehands and the LAST! It was almost as if it was a joke, like I was getting punked or on Candid Camera. They only made it look like they cleaned, they had to be in and out in 30 minutes based on the way my apartment looked. Waste of time and money...twice – I chose More Hands over another more expensive service and swayed my sister to use them as well. How embarrassing to recommend a company that cannot be trusted to leave your house clean, or even to complete the extra services that you pay for! The one plus is that they were willing to send a crew back to my house to try to correct the poor service that I got the first go round.
