Gautam had great experience.Service was excellent.
Greatest experience taking both of my toddlers. Dr Ashley and Dr Goodall is beyond the sweetest Dr we have had. My daughter gets so excited to go in. Lovely office and beyond lovely Dr. the staff are amazing and so sweet.
Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The doctor did not seem to have the demeanor or approach you would expect from someone working in pediatric dentistry. She came across as condescending toward my daughter, which made the visit uncomfortable and upsetting. Working with children requires patience, warmth, and encouragement, and we did not feel that was demonstrated during our appointment. We will be seeking care elsewhere.
Dr Goodall and her staff are amazing with my 2.5yo. Made her feel super comfortable and took their time and have all the things a toddler loves-tv,toys, stickers. The office is spacious and they are upfront with charges so no surprises. Also best part is they are fast!
