I have worked out with coach Anthony a couple times he is very professional and very caring about his clients. He will push you but only because he wants you to be the best version of yourself you possibly can. From time to time during my sessions he even stopped and talked to me about life.
Tried out an mma class here and honestly, it was a mess. Dude rolled in late, no real plan, and spent more time talking about his private lessons than actually teaching. The “instruction” was basically a handful of random drills with no explanation. At one point he literally walked out of the room (pretty sure to take a call), and when someone was struggling, he just laughed instead of helping. Super unprofessional. I have done some army combatives courses and boxing in the past, so I'm no stranger to combat sports and different training styles. In this case, I booked a beginner's Muy Thai class class and was excited and ready to finally start learning the art of eight limbs. I’ve taken several classes with Coach Anthony and it’s always an excellent workout and a good time! He’s very knowledgable and I can trust he’s keeping safety and good technique top of mind. Attend a class! It will be tough but well worth it.
I’ve been boxing here a little over a month and love every second of it . Anthony is a great trainer and teacher. More importantly he’s a great person to be around . Even with me being in the military he accommodates to my schedule that can change frequently . Anthony’s training is everything I wanted and needed on so many levels . Highly recommend and will continue with him on my journey.
