The facility itself seemed fine and the equipment looked decent, but the overall experience was frustrating. After purchasing a package, it was difficult to find available times. Messages often went unanswered, and when I did get a reply, the options were very limited. The class I attended also felt a bit disorganized and didn’t seem tailored to my fitness level.

I came in for what was supposed to be an introductory session but left feeling uncomfortable. Some of the comments about my posture and body didn’t feel constructive. The trainer also asked for additional personal contact details even though scheduling was already handled through email. The workout itself felt rushed and not very clearly explained.

My experience was mixed. The location is convenient and the space itself seemed fairly clean. However, the training style wasn’t what I expected. A lot of the session focused on mindset, breathing, and “energy alignment.” That approach might work for some people, but I was hoping for more traditional fitness coaching. I also noticed that some clients seemed to get much more attention than others.

I purchased a package deal, but it was surprisingly difficult to actually book sessions afterward. Availability seemed very limited once payment had been made.

I signed up after seeing some ads online because the location is convenient. The first session was fine, but things didn’t go as smoothly afterward. The trainer spent quite a bit of time explaining his “method” rather than demonstrating exercises. When I asked about proper form, the response was basically to “trust the process,” which wasn’t very helpful. Some conversations also started to feel more personal than professional.
