Took them a starlink, and told them that it wasn't getting power. I had tried multiple chords and multiple outlets. And was hoping they could figure out what was wrong internally. All they did was plug it in and then tell me it wasn't getting power. And there was nothing they could do and they still charged me 30 dollars. Complete and total waste of time and money. do not take your stuff here.
Done in less than a week, I picked at my earliest convenience. Mainboards are tricky to diagnose, but ITX boards are a pain. Josh handled it carefully and found no issue, which is already hard work. The PSU was the culprit, with inconsistent voltage or no power at all on occasion. Thankfully, I still can RMA that part 4 years later. Great service!
Excellent business. My granddaughter drop her computer and it wouldn't turn on. She took it to E Systems. They kept it a day. Got it working and kept us from having to buy a new computer. There was a dent but he advised not to fix. Wouldn't be worth the expense. He also waived the fee to check it and didn't charge anything. Great customer service. Thank you E Systems. RS
Dropped off my pc tower to be cleaned. Working properly before I dropped it off. They said it would be ready in 3 business days. No call, I left message to get a call back on cleaning status after 5 business days. I went to business, they then took 15 minutes to try to locate my pc. After finding pc, they said that it had not been touched, no apology, would work on it soon and be ready in 3 business days. Went back in person 3 days later, they said pc would not start or open.
