This is a clean and secure facility. I’ve been using them since 2020. I paid over $600 of my past due balance before scheduling a return to MN and access the storage. I realized I could not locate my storage key & requested another. They stated the 1st had just passed and I must pay the balance due for that month to get a key made RIGHT AFTER paying off over $600. We chose this storage facility in August 2021 for it's proximity to our house and have not had a bad, or even difficult, experience since. It is always clean, well-maintained, accessible and secure.
