** April 2022, I was looking for a local Dentist and decided on More Smiles of Beverly. I made the appointment for an exam and cleaning. I have BC/BS dental insurance. I was given **rays, the Dentist came in, looked in my mouth, asked questions and then had someone to come in and discuss implants while also trying to coax me into applying for a loan for $42K worth of work that they had determined that I needed. Great 5 ************* Clean, Modern. Its a wonderful place. My two front teeth have been replaced without pain. They give post op instructions and great oral health information on a monthly bases. Invite all family and friends.
Excellent dentists work here and excellent staff. They work with insurance and do payment plans for co-pays. Me and my wife have both received 5 staff care here.
Great visit. Very thorough. NO PAIN when they numbed me. I didnt even feel the needle poke. I read the reviews on ****** of everyone saying their visit was pain free and they lived up to the hype! I was very surprised at the technology used. Very upscale CLEAN office.
They are overcharging people for services and they're not very professional and I would like a refund
My daughter came there on an emergency tooth extraction. They prompted her to apply for a loan in order to get her teeth extracted. Then they deep cleaned one side of her mouth and gave her an appointment to come in to get the other side deep cleaned. when she came for her next appointment she was told it was for a payment, I do not understand why you need an appointment to make a payment when you can actually walk in to make a payment. Dental anxiety at it’s extreme and Dr. Osuji and staff were amazing at making me feel comfortable and pain free at my appointment. Dr. Osuji is very gentle, very nice woman! Marlie is great! Rachel greeted and assisted as the front team and finance were helpful with insurance and payment options. I will be back!
