Probably a decent company,,, BUT I ordered from Vancouver Canada By UPS : ( The Amount of frustration & Time trying to navigate their Website. & Please Be AWARE, It's Open Season for Scammers On The UPS Website : ( If you Could pay Online which is Cheaper But you have to call them to pay $$$ More Hidden Costs, (If You Don'T Pay Right Away They Threaten Your Shipment Will go Back ) : ( NOT Worth The Pain !!! The slim older Asian lady (probably late 50’s) that works in the front is VERY rude. I rung the door bell she opened the front door and I politely said “hi i have a pickup order” to which she hastily cuts me off and says “oh ok come in come come in come come”. I had a terrible buying experience at More Prepared. I usually don’t write reviews, but I have to share my experience with this place. A few days ago, I reached out to More Prepared to get a quote for several emergency preparedness kits I was looking to purchase. I received the quote promptly and called them back to proceed.
