On Friday, 4/12/24, I called them to see if I could book an appointment on Monday for an inspection, an oil change, and getting a car by 2 p.m. The gentleman was like, "No, we don't have anything available for Monday; do you want to do it on Tuesday?" My sister's car broke down and she rolled in upset to tears. I have a guy who does the work I do not do myself. I was hesitant about my sister going anywhere else, but I will tell you that this place was a Godsend for her/us. Mike treated her with the utmost respect and honesty. To try to be honest and not just take money from someone when he knows it's not going fix the problem. Mike is a despicable business person. You're better off going to Pep Boys.
