Ben is truly awesome. I could not have picked a better company to rent from. He is very efficient and responds in a timely manner and is very respectful. I have been at my home for almost 5 years and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. If I could give more stars I would. Ben rocks!!!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars to Ben & team, I would. He's been more than great as a property manager. He's responsive, personable, reasonable, and a great guy. I've had issues in the house (typical house issues) and he's been very quick and reliable to resolve said issues, sending over specialists and supplies as needed and with haste. I highly recommend Ben & team and know he would be a pleasure to work with if you crossed paths.

Rented with Ben More for several years, he and his team have been very responsive and respectful throughout the entire process. A+ experience all around.

After moving into a new residence following four years in one of Ben More's properties, I can confidently say that his management style is lacking in communication, organization, and professionalism. Upon moving into our property, we were told it would be cleaned and ready - it was not. He was not able to be there on our agreed upon move-in date, which delayed any issues that came up.
