I visited this place today. Ordered Mediterranean salad with breaded chicken for my self. The meat was burnt and I asked the server if they can bring me another chicken or just take it off from the bill. She offered me and my husband a drink on the house and said the chef will prepare another side of chicken. Honestly we boycotted this place due to long food times but my husband wanted to come here because he saw some beers listed on untapped. Laurie gave us the best service ever! We have changed our minds and will be back! By the way the truffle curds are to die for!
I wish I could give this place 5 stars because the food is amazing and the staff is always friendly. Unfortunately, the service is consistently terrible. Every time we visit, we end up waiting 10–20 minutes before anyone even takes a drink order. It doesn’t appear to be a staffing issue either. We often see multiple employees standing around while customers are waiting for service, which is incredibly frustrating. We cannot say enough incredible things about our experience at More Brewing Co.! From start to finish our expectations were exceeded! We were greeted & sat right away, service was top notch, drinks were cold & crisp, food was hot & fresh, & dessert was worth the splurge!
