I'm embarrassed that I used their services again. The people at the office are incompetent, rude, unorganized. They canceled on me 4x for a basic split unit maintenance request. I have used them several times in the past so that's why I wanted to use them again. Big mistake. Never going to call this company again. If only the office ppl would have treated me with respect or customer service. This company has made me learn to never work with anyone on an hourly rate. I have had my mini split systems serviced over the last 10 years I have watched many technicians blow out the drain lines with CO2 less than one hour for all four evaporators in one apartment. I always paid $350 per apartment for all 4 evaporators -$400 max Wow what a racket, $250 an hour, plus gas, plus parking, plus the co2 to actually blow out the lines!!! I got ripped for over $950.00 for one apartment!!! and nothing i can do since i wasn't there... read more
I cannot say enough about More Air!! We worked with another company that did the bare work necessary to upkeep our machine and it’s wasn’t till we had more air come in that we realized how much damage the other company did to our HVAC machine. Was a mess. The service mode air provides is amazing and Cory who has been my point person is attentive and really does give a s%t about his clients.
