It took two days to book an appointment, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The office is in a basement, there’s no where to park, you have to pay for parking in a building next door which was $15 an hour with no validation. The wait was 2 and a half hours, the office was small but filled with people, there was no where to sit! Some people had to stand in the hall. The office stunk and it was filthy!
