Morania Oil are crooks This company I highly recommend you do not use. They are crooks. I called regarding a deliver and ended up getting in a screaming match with Bob. Not sure who Bob is but you do not speak to customers like that. I don't want to say exactly what happen cause I fear what they would do with my bank account information but stay away. Delivery problems I have used Morania for many years and their service people have been exceptional, both in responding quickly to service calls and installing needed equipment at competitive prices. However, I sympathize with the poster on here who says they are willing to let his tank run dry. I have recently been having the same problem with the company. homeowner We have a contract with this company which covers automatic delivery. We called on 2 different occasions, a week apart, during very cold weather, and we notified them that we were running out of oil. Morania informed us that we were not due for a delivery; we ran out of oil.The delivery person told us the tank was empty, the float read empty, and it sounded empty, yet Morania would not take responcibilty. happy customer I have been a Morania Oil customer for several years and have had nothing but good experiences with this company, which is very rare in this time and economy. One Sunday morning in mid winter I noticed in my burner room that my unit was leaking water, so I called the oil company and reached the 24 hr service line and was promised service with in a few hours. To my surprise not to long after that call a service man rang my bell.It took him a short time to fix the problem and everything was working fine.
Very Happy Customer 8-) I have been a Morania Oil customer for 6 years. In the 6 years I have been very satisfied customer. This past January 2010, one of the coldest days, my boiler had gone down. I called Morania Oil and spoke with wonderful lady. She had reassuring me that the service men would be right over and get my boiler up and running, and that they did. It is pleasant knowing that I have found a Company who cares about their customers.
Happy Customer from Baldwin I have been a Morania customer since I bought my home 9 years ago. Any time I have called the office about a bill or a service call the girls in the office have been helpful and courteous. On Thanksgiving Day when I was expecting a house full of company my boiler konked out. I called the 24 hr. emergency service and within 1 hour a technician was at my home and fixed the problem and my company and I were able to sit down to a delicious dinner.
Morania Oil is Horrible HORRIBLE! Stay Away! My husband and I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in our lives. The people answering the phones are nasty and rude. You are better off using a more reputable company that actually hire well qualified employees, who treat you with respect and know how to answer your questions. Trust me save your time and $$$ and go elsewhere. I wish that someone had given us that advice!

Stay away from Morania Watch yourself with Morania Oil. As if oil prices aren't high enough this company will try to sucker you into repairs that aren't needed or even worse try to sucker you into buying a new boiler. I just bought a home and yes the boiler is old...so I called Morania Oil to come in and service my boiler and provide me with oil.
