We noticed that our condo, was not cooling-off, even with the A/C running. On further investigation, we discovered our outside condenser fan was not operating. I called Tim at Moran Mechanical, and left a message. Tim called back within 45 minutes, and said he would stop-by, and diagnose my problem. He checked my furnace first, and then went outside to the compressor. The problem was a blown capacitor, and Tim replaced the part. Then checked the pressures.
