For the past week they do not answer their phones. They do not return phone calls. My chart does not allow me to set up an appointment to find out what's wrong with the prescription they gave me. It's hurting my eyes can't wear them.And they don't care. I've been us.\nIng them for years. never again

I do not recommend this place to any parents considering bringing their children here. Ms Laura was very aggressive with my son during the eye exam. I asked her to give him a moment . She kept telling him “keep ur eyes open” abt 20 times. My son is VERY capable of doing that but obviously the light you’re putting directly to his eyes is blinding/hurting him. Moran doesn't accept VSP insurance. I didn't find out until after the appointment since they do not ask for insurance up front unlike a normal optometrist office. So that will be my first and last appt. The appt itself went well. But I'm disappointed at the lack of transparency.
Was so disappointed at the way in which business operates here for this optometrist office. Like is so common today communication is lacking. You feel like a cow on an assembly line waiting to be milked. Once the prescription is finalized the sales tactics come full circle.
