Moran doesn't accept VSP insurance. I didn't find out until after the appointment since they do not ask for insurance up front unlike a normal optometrist office. So that will be my first and last appt. The appt itself went well. But I'm disappointed at the lack of transparency.
Was so disappointed at the way in which business operates here for this optometrist office. Like is so common today communication is lacking. You feel like a cow on an assembly line waiting to be milked. Once the prescription is finalized the sales tactics come full circle. Wonderful staff
Best experience my boyfriend has ever had getting glasses. The sweet lady at the desk to the right was so helpful. She even took the time to straighten out my glasses after she helped him. I will be coming back from now on.
