Best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I expected a high volume dealer to not focus on the satisfaction of one customer when they are so busy. My salesman took the time to find me wheels and tires that weren't a factory option and put together a customized Silverado. Typically I spend between 3-5 hours in the dealership putting together a car deal. This time it was less than an hour and Nick made sure to have all the paperwork ready when I arrived. I bought my 2012 camaro {my dream car} from moran and had the best sales gal {hilary}. However, immediately following my purchase I also sent my son who .. leased a car from moran and a close friend who also purchased a new car for her daughter at moran . The only acknowledgement I rcvd for sending in these two fine people to buy their cars at moran was an "outdated" coupon for an oil change. I'm not an employee of Moran, and I don't work for any of its afiliates.. That said, I CAN say that I had a fantastic experience there while purchasing my very first used car from a dealership. I was a little wary - I was once married to a car salesman and I've seen 'behind the curtain'. I was obviously aprehensive. Stay away from these crooks. They will tell you any lie to make a sale.
Went on a Monday to test drive a Silverado. Hilary greeted every person at the door and became so busy with customers that other sales people had to get the vehicles for her customers to test drive. Guess that's what happens when you try to corner the market within your own dealership. The sales people apparently didn't want to share commission as the customer is left with nobody to talk to after the test drive. A quick note about Moran Chevrolet. The people are freindly and really want to help. Just like I was talking to someone in my family. I have always been treated well when I needed service. I will buy my next chevy at Moran Chevrolet.
Absolutely do not go here! I have no experience with sales, but the service department is the most dishonest and unprofessional organization that I have ever dealt with. I was promised that a repair would be covered under warranty, only to find later in the day that it would not be covered. When I decided not to go forward with the repair, I was charged a fee just to take my vehicle there (of course, this fee was never disclosed anywhere until they realized I wouldn't be using their service)!
