RecommendedI was in a accident 4 weeks ago (not my fault, the guy behind me slammed me into the truck in front of me), my lease was totaled. I can honestly say out of everyone in this situation you guys are the only ones that have been caring and on my side, I have never had a dealership call me just to see how I’m feeling. Stood there for 15 minutes after the receptionist called over the PA 3x for a salesman. Saw multiple on their phones texting and many walked by without a greeting or an apology for the wait. What a joke. I’ll take my business elsewhere, thanks.
I was very disappointed how I was treated yesterday when turning in my lease. The salesman didn’t even say hi and was very short with me. Apparently since I was not getting another lease he wanted nothing to do with me. I guess he forgot I still have another active lease there. So I already know now when that lease is up I will not be giving my business back to him or even the dealership.
