Do not go to Louis Morales for rhinoplasty!!!! My nose and face have been ruined and not able to be fixed!! He completely deformed my nose. The entire tip was turned sideways! My nose was left lopsided, uneven, extremely asymetrical and completely deformed! Half of one nostril was gone and it was left short and piggy as well. Dr Morales is a talented gift from god. My son is 10yrs old and has been seeing Dr Morales since birth. At first I had heard his bedside manners were not the best. No he was never rude, obnoxious or offensive, just very to the point and professional minus all the chit chat. There is no time for chit chat as his demand in the waiting room can always be seen. I attended consultation for cleft lip correction for my 16 year old grandson who was quiet during meeting. He came in w/resident who stood behind him and whom he did not introduce. He proceeded to treat everyone in an offensive manner. He offended parents with his comments. He accused the boy, who was afraid of the procedure of being unmanageable, and generally acted like we should just take his word for everything. I had 12 consults with local plastic surgeons and Dr. Morales was who I choose to perform my BL/BA. In my initial consult I asked him why I should have him do my breast surgery since he was internationally known for his craniofacial work. He then told me that he trained at Emory which was one of the best breast reconstruction institutions in the world. Dr Morales has been my daughter's craniofacial surgeon for years. His bedside manner is a little different. He doesn't come to see her after any of her surgeries - the resident is always sent. However, he is a master in his field. I was aware of the incompatibility of our personalities before I chose him, but in the end decided that I needed a master surgeon more than I needed a best friend. Dr. Morales was the most condescending and rude doctor I have ever spoken with. I was seeing him for an evaluation for my daughter's craniofacial problem, and he insulted me and my parenting. I left the office in tears. He is evidently very skilled, but he wouldn't consider doing the surgery my daughter needed and I had to seek out another surgeon, who was kind and helpful and performed the surgery with no problems. I would definitely not recommend him for pediatric craniofacial surgery.

After 3 surgeries, what can I say? I went for a 'boob lift' & he talked me into implants too. I've had problems w/them since day 1.. I need more surgery but I just don't want to put myself thru it all again. Now I know that a fibromyalgia patient should NEVER have a foreign object implanted in them, but he should have known that before hand. I'm very disappointed, not to mention disfigured AND out over $10,000.00 for what should have been no more than $3,500.00. I'm sure he's good, but he made mistakes w/me..
