I have read the review of this complex by Brenda C, and felt that I should offer a rebuttal. The apartments are older, but well maintained. You will not find an apartment in this area for any where near the rent charged. The largest drawback is no central air, and no elevator. The Building Manager has been here for year or so and I could not disagree more with Brenda as to her performance. She does not hate kids, but has rules for their safety that some of the parents do not agree with. Playing in common traffic areas, etc. ... read more
These apartments are in a great location and the price is very reasonable for the location. However, you do not get anything more than just the apartment and 1 parking spot for that price. Each building houses 10 apartments and only offers 1 over priced washer and 1 over priced dryer for all the residents to share. The complex has come under new management within the past two years and not so much for the better.
