I enjoy staying at Morada. The apartments are clean and reasonably priced. HOWEVER, the apartments are way too noisy. I work late shifts and can’t even stay asleep due to noisy upstairs neighbors, people running from one part of the apartment to the other, etc. I feel like I made a mistake moving into this apartment but will need to wait it out till my lease ends to move out. If you want to stay here, be my guest but beware of the noise.
I enjoyed my tour with Taylor! I appreciated her professionalism and transparency throughout the process. The community is beautiful too!
Welp! I’m still here! Considering I’m a DV survivor mixed with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and no family in Minnesota, Morada Apts has been a safe haven for me! Trying to stay afloat has been tough but Taylor is a great property manager that has worked with me thus far! I was here through the renovation and everything looks amazing! I love living here! Management is super helpful and friendly, the amenities are well maintained, and the apartments are beautiful.
I've lived at Morada since over the summer and I have truly loved living here. 1) I love my apartment! It's updated, plenty of space, and has a good amount of storage for a 1 bedroom. 2) Maintenance is quick. I've only had to put a few work orders in, but when I do they are here within a day. 3) Management has updated the entire building and I appreciate that they've made the necessary renovations, have kept rent around market, and I am not paying for amenities I am not using. 4) Taylor is the leasing agent/manager of this p... read more
