I bought a couch and love seat set in Oct. I have one corner of the couch that fell apart, they are sending someone to fix next week. One of the recliners broke (the handle you use to open it snapped off), they are saying it will take 6-8 weeks to fix. We bought a bedroom set in Feb, the bed frame already broke. They sent someone out same day to fix it, but still, 3 months and it already broke??? And 6-8 weeks to fix a small part? Finally found the sofa set my husband and I love. James Bucci worked with us for a couple of hours moving coffee tables back in forth through out the store to see what they looked like in front of a couple of couches. He answered all our questions and was able to give us a lot of detail info about each couch and manafacture. Easy financing and was just an easy process. Thanks again!
