very disappointed. was told by the store manager to buy the warranty. basically told us if anything were to happen. even if we took a knife to the sofa that they would replace it. part of the couch is completely discolored now and they will not replace it

Carlmann....what can I say.... We spent a lot of time together yesterday.... We came in to look.... and left with a purchase of 2 full living room layouts including the lamps and accessories, a new bed, dining table AND an area rug!! and we couldn't be happier!! We enjoyed the experience and the time Carlmann took to get the deal we needed! Kudos to the approval people too! and now.... we patiently await our new decor! Thanks Carlmann!
My sisters and I were at Mor Furniture in North Phoenix yesterday looking for a new bed and mattress and Carlmann was wonderful! He was approachable, friendly, funny, knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. We walked away happy and satisfied with our first visit and purchase at Mor Furniture. Nicely done Kind Sir.
