Within my team we’ve been customers of Mopac for 4 years now and we all have been very pleased with Zach and his team with everything. One location is at an older building and the other a new construction and any time we’ve had any issue or wanted/needed to make a change the approval process has been fast and easy. I had my vehicle at a location this company owns. I was told many times they didn’t have my vehicle. I was ignored multiple times and was not taken serious. When I last saw my truck in the beginning of February my truck had nothing missing. From February-October 2022 I was finally allowed to get my vehicle. Due to them not checking and believing me that my vehicle was there my truck got many parts cutout from under the hood. Rims/wheels several parts stolen.
