We had an incredibly disappointing experience and would strongly caution others. They completely lacked direction, and the attitude we encountered throughout the day was rude and blunt. We paid for a 10-hour package, yet they left three hours early. This meant we missed out on key moments being captured, including our sparkler exit, which was clearly outlined in our questionnaire and later admitted as their mistake.
