One of the best prime ribs I’ve had in Iowa. Staff is always super friendly, and love they’re always trying to menu items. The moorito is the best burrito in Newton!
I'm in Newton for a couple months & love bbq so I stopped for lunch today. It was excellent food, great service & nice clean atmosphere! Did I mention HUGE servings! Will definately be back to try more.

I had the barnyard sandwich, and it was very big and flavorful. I also tried the bread bowl chili which was delicious. I believe this is a Friday special only. Friendly staff, and overall would recommend this bbq.
After seeing a lot of adds on social media I decided to stop in and give it a try since I was in the area. I was not disappointed what I ordered was very good look forward to re visiting when I am back in Newton. Side note the only thing I would change is the seating.
This was our first time in Newton, Iowa and glad we stopped in for lunch. Service was great, no wait time for our orders and the food was very good. I would like a seasoned flavor added but the meat fell right off the bone. Perfect for eating!! Will definitely be back in the future!
With 5 or 6 BBQ joints within 10 minutes of home, if we want BBQ we make a 40 minute drive to Moo’s. The food is always on point and they have great service! We’ve been to KC for thier famous BBQ also and there isn’t a spot in KC that holds a candle to Moo’s. You won’t be disappointed.
Simply amazing!!!!The price is right the food is great !!! A must stop !!! And the service is outstanding second to none!!!!
