if you move out BEWARE they screw you when you live there and r the most rude and ununderstanding company in columbus but when you move out they ram it up the rear on you also. we had lived there for almost 4 years when we were finally able to get out of that hell hole. we had our garage broken into 4 times, out truck keyed and a HUGE dent put into the side drivers door...only 1 month after we got it and their response to it...we should of had insurance to cover it. when we FINALLY are able to move out they charged us for a ... read more
Disgusting and Unprofessional disgusting my brother has caught 12 MICE in his apartment in 4 days and they won't let him leave or move to another apartment until his lease runs out. The apartments under and next to him have been empty for months but not cleaned which is probably where the mice are coming from! Determined by the health inspector that he called to file a complaint just yesterday!
DONT GO HERE!!!! completely screwed me on deposit. I moved out and followed the lease completely even asked the manager what i need to do because i was moved with my job outside of the area. They taped an eviction notice for "non-payment of rent" the day I was moving, after I had just gave them a certified check for 2 months rent as the buyout. Than completely screwed me on what I owed it came out when all was said and done to over 3000 dollars. My car was also broke into with window broken and dashboard snapped in half for ... read more
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND I have been living at The Moors since July, 2010. When I first moved in to the community the staff was unprofessional however, They have gotten a new office staff in place that is wonderful!! They are awesome at what they do and take pride in caring for the place which is huge. I love the fact that I'm able to live here and save money for my first investment property, Overall I would recommend this community to any one that is looking to maximize their money. Terrrible The worst living experience EVER. Apartment was crawling with mice. I killed 24 in one night. Car was broken into several times. Old moldy carpet wouldn't be replaced. Apartment destroyed from flood in upstairs unit. Walls, carpet, everything damaged but I wasn't allowed to relocate. And they never repaired most of the damage. Black mold was everywhere. I moved because of health reasons and they are now garnishing my wages 4 years later because I moved out before my lease was up. They do not accept responsibility f... read more
Very nice up to date apartments! These are very nice apartments. They also have a community pool and fitness area. The prices here are pretty good considering it is in Canal Winchester. The people here are very friendly and not too pushy.
