Ed was very professional and informative for the whole process and kept us well informed as to the gear being used, method of deployment and timeline of getting the mooring ball installed. Lots of info was supplied to us with emails and diagrams and photos before and after installation. It was nice being able to talk with him on the phone while he was installing it and he made sure it was in the exact spot that we wanted! Solid professional service putting in a mooring buoy. They did everything - picked the spot and documented the hardware and installation. I just showed up and moored. Easy and totally satisfactory. Thanks Ed.
