They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They have fit me in several times when there were no appointments left but I was in a lot of pain. This is a three-generation business in a family of chiropractors, thus the personal warmth of the place. Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you experience any numbness after your appointment with this chiropractor? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left!
They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? Definitely not! I felt fantastic when I left! Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? Not at all! They always respect my decisions.
